Mersey Vale Nature Park, Bridge Remains
Remains of one of the two huge railway bridges that spanned the River Mersey at this point. Heaton Mersey Steam Locomotive Running Sheds (known locally as Gorsey Bank Sheds) were situated here and were on the old LMS (Tiviot Dale Line) through Stockport.
