Danny Bergara Stand, Edgeley Park, Stockport
Viewed across Hardcastle Road. The main stand at Edgeley Park, Stockport County's home ground, was renamed the Danny Bergara Stand in honour of their late manager, the Uruguayan Daniel Alberto (Danny) Bergara de Medina (1942–2007).

Edgeley Junction - the Chester lines
When the Manchester-Altrincham line was converted to tram operation in 1991 the Chester service was routed via Stockport and Timperley. One class 108 diesel heading towards Manchester is seen from behind the cab of another bound for Chester. The electrified lines at left are the main lines towards Crewe and Stoke.
