Barmoor Clough - 2011
A rephotograph of Image, 52 years later. Some considerable changes - the road is now the A6 [it was the A624]; a roundabout has replaced the simple junction with the A623 from Sparrowpit; the hillsides, both near right and far left have become much more wooded; and the buildings on the far side of the junction [two houses, one an ex-pub] have gone.

Houses at Barmoor Clough
A pair of houses on the A623. Both, and two others around the corner, appeared to be rather weatherbeaten. A sad sight, as in times past it was my wife's childhood home.
