Wye House, Buxton
I believe this neglected building on the northern edge of Buxton was once a private asylum, and later a school. New houses have been built nearby (just out of shot to the right) and the house itself may be due for renovation.

This imposing building stands at the top of Corbar Road where one turns left up Lightwood Road and thence onto the rural track to Lightwood reservoirs and beyond.
