Lime Avenue
This avenue of Lime Trees was planted by school children in 1993. The planting was financed by local residents and The Longdendale Heritage Trust; it was in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the coronation of Her Majesty The Queen.

Mottram Cutting
Looking south east towards Mottram this is the A6018 as it passes through Mottram Cutting.
Known locally as 'Deep Cutting' the picture is taken from above on the narrow Old Road
which was the original route that took you up and over the top of the hill before the cutting was excavated.
