Hattersley Boundary Stone
The boundary stone by the A560 entering Hattersley Image was erected early in the 21st century. It features the coat of arms for Longdendale, based on the family arms of the Hollingworth family of Hollingworth Old Hall.

Pigeons at Hattersley
A group of pigeons perch on the Hattersley viaduct overlooking the Glossop to Manchester railway line. As I walked towards them they flew off but as soon as I'd passed by they flew back. The houses in the background are on Valley Road.
