Waterworks Lane (detail)
The sign at the bottom of Image] (and Image]). The road is marked on the map as "Barmhouse Lane", but the signs say "Waterworks Lane" and "Tetlowfold".
I believe that Tetlowfold Lane its original name, but have not found any reference to "Waterworks Lane" which presumably refers to the reservoir at the top of the lane.

This is a tiny surviving enclave of old cottages. This is just by the Godley Hall Inn, and I suspect these were part of the hall outbuildings.

Kerry Foods, Godley, Hyde
One of several UK plants owned by this Irish food company. At this site, they make Wall's and Richmond sausages. The plant is tucked away, and because of the narrow roads to reach it, they have an elaborate light-controlled access arrangement.
