Peak House
Peak House on Ridling Lane was formerly the offices of Booth's insurance brokers. It now houses Facility Solutions Northwest Ltd which provides a range of security, cleaning, training and catering services for businesses. The building also appears to be a home for "Battlefield Paintball". I'm not sure if the activity is actually played here as an internet search only mentions a venue in Dukinfield.
