Site of the former Redfern Rubber Works, latterly Amalgamated Signs Ltd Image and more recently Visual Architects. A huge fire on Monday 22nd January 2024 destroyed the whole building. Following much demolition work only a few piles of rubble remain.

View from Osborne Road
Looking from Osborne Road across the cutting (which contained the former Godley Junction to Apethorn railway) to the site of the former Redfern Rubber Works, latterly Amalgamated Signs Ltd Image and more recently Visual Architects. A huge fire on Monday 22nd January 2024 destroyed the whole building. The façade remained intact Image for some time while the rest of the factory was demolished. Now all the walls have gone and there is a view across to Lumn Road.
