Blue and Green on Market Street
A line of wheelie bins on Market Street. The bins belong to the shops and/or the flats behind the shops. On collection days they have to be wheeled out to the front. The blue bins are for recycling paper and the green bins are for recycling plastic bottles, cans and glass. At one time glass had to be put into red sacks placed inside the green bins but nowadays it all goes in the one bin. Separate black bins are used for unrecyclable rubbish. These are collected on different days.
