King Edward Street Chapel
The chapel is set back from the road behind other buildings and is accessed by a passageway. This is the view from the gate in the passageway, all that was visible on the occasion of my visit.
The chapel dates from 1689 and is one of the earliest places of worship established following the Act of Toleration of that year which allowed dissenters to the Church of England freedom of worship. Listed Grade II*.
