The junction of Leek Old Road and Croker Lane
This was the original road between Leek and Macclesfield before the construction of the turnpike road which now forms the A523. It forms part of Sustrans cycle route 55.

This is on the roadside near the Sutton Reservoir. There are 4 names and it says 'Surveyors 1836'. Not the carvers of the bench mark, which by the style is 20th century.
