Situated to the south of Pott Shrigley (village in the distance) close to the line of the Gritstone Trail. The farmstead is undergoing roof repairs in November 2006.

Situated on the Gritstone Trail NE of Bollington. Montgomery is a piece of public art (a study in wood) created by Macclesfield Borough Rangers for Bollington Drop-in Centre's 5th Nostalgia Walk in 2005.
