Housing in Grimshaw Lane
The detail at gutter level dates the building to 1864. The housing is contemporary with the nearby Adelphi Mill.

Hollin Hall Country House Hotel
I organised a day conference here, in this grade II listed building (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1136357). And jolly good it was too. The house was built in c1870 for Joseph Brook jnr, a local mill owner, and there is a large late 20th century accommodation block artfully concealed behind it.

Inside the dining room
The dining room in the Hollin Hall hotel is another 20th century addition to the grade II listed house, but is faced outside in similar stone, and elegantly decorated within.

Ornate entrance hall
Mentioned explicitly in the grade II listing for the Hollin Hall Hotel (https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1136357 ) is this ornate entrance hall. The Hotel says it is in Kerridge, rather than Bollington, Cheshire

Late 20th century extension
The modern, and very comfortable, accommodation block at Hollin Hall is tucked away very discretely behind the frontage. The tall part of the structure is the liftshaft which (fortunately) gives access to all guest rooms.
