Fowlmere Aerodrome: windsock, aircraft and hangar
A foreshortened telephoto view from the verge of the B1368.
An airfield was first established here in 1918. RAF Fowlmere was reopened during the Second World War and used by the RAF and USAAF. Fowlmere Aerodrome is now used by light aircraft. The main runway is a grass strip.
