In the heart of the Sunnyside estate. Sunnyside shows up on the 1:25000 series but disappears on the 1:50000. It still fills up most of the square.

Junior angel in Hitchin Cemetery
Unfortunately he or she has lost a hand. This is often seen, and I think hands must have been carved, or probably cast, separately and glued on to the arm and the joint covered by cement.
