Southbank Telephone Exchange (1)
This TE, taken from Joan Street, used to have WATerloo numbers until the late 1960s. Now it has 0207-261, 633, 921, 922, 928 and 934 numbers, plus some Inner London numbers. Its postcode is SE1 8NZ.

209-215 Blackfriars Road
Quite an attractive building with the whole facade in glazed terracotta. As can be seen by the brickwork round the corner this was just for show. Above the ground floor windows are decorative oval panels with garlands. Presumably built as a warehouse, it doesn't appear to be listed.
