A terrace of 1794, making it one of the area's earliest extant developments together with West Square behind. Grade II listed.

Perronet House, Princess Street
Built by the Greater London Council in the late 1960s. The flats employ the scissor section pioneered by the GLC's predecessor, the LCC, which is complex but increases the space available for living accommodation. The block was commended in the 1971 Good Design in Housing Awards.
