Building on Great Dover Street
This seems to originally have been the C19 HQ of Dewrance and Co, Engineers http://www.gracesguide.co.uk/wiki/Dewrance_and_Co , and later of Babcocks, as suggested at Image, before becoming apartments for King's College London. Going back a little further, a Romano-British Cemetery has been excavated on the site.
