Tribute to the fishermen of Milford Haven
The statue is located on the south side of The Rath, near the Sandhurst Road junction. The inscription on the side in view is THANKS TO THEM MILFORD HAVEN FLOURISHED. The inscription on the opposite side is A TRIBUTE TO OUR FISHERMEN The statue was the work of sculptor Bryan Hackett. It was unveiled by the mayor of Milford Haven at a dedication ceremony on September 27th 1992.

Belgian obelisk
The inscription records the gratitude to the people of Milford of the trawlermen and residents of Ostend for the hospitality received here during WWI when Belgian fishermen were allowed to carry on their trade here during the occupation of their own territories.
