Very old house in Swan Square
This dilapidated building caught my eye for the first time although it stands above a busy part of town: close to, and just west of, the heavy traffic of Churnworks roundabout, on the road called Swan Square, opposite a carpark. The image is not a good one (taken from a car) but the structure seemed so close to collapse that it needed capturing.
'The building has probably gone unnoticed as it was a bit like Sleeping Beauty's home, surrounded by dense vegetation! It has recently been cleared which suggests that the house is soon to be renovated or demolished'. (Thanks to Deborah Tilley for this suggestion.)

Pub to let
The Farmers'Arms in Holloway: a lovely old building marred by ugly modern windows as is so often the case, and with even uglier modern structures adjoining. Let's hope it will gain a new lease of life as a traditional pub when it finds a new tenant.
