The narrow lane connects Hill Street on this side with Dew Street, 80 metres ahead. Unsurprisingly, traffic is one way (away from the camera) and double yellow lines on both side of the lane make parking illegal. Motor vehicles are not allowed, except for access.

Once the Plasterers' Arms
Opened by plasterer James Pugh in the late 1840's and run by his widow Martha until at least 1892. Burt Paterson ran it until about 2000. It became the Haverfordwest Tavern in 2005 but closed very quickly due to a right of way dispute.
