Former High Street post office, Cardigan
Viewed in late June 2015. The red and yellow POST OFFICE sign remains on the building which is no longer a post office. The nameboard at the entrance shows INDIAN RESTAURANT AND TAKE AWAY.
A SOLD board is on a first floor window. A derelict former Julian Graves shop is on the left.

The Saddlers Arms
Rustic-looking High Street pub, obviously popular for a Saturday afternoon pint. The salmon-pink building to the left, No 21, now an estate agent, overlooks Guildhall Square and carries an original stone plaque: D. Jones, saddler, 1800.

Barley Saturday: show-stopper
This heavy-horse stallion was without a doubt the most gaily caparisoned entrant in the show. You could hear the brasses and the harness jingle as he stepped along the street.
