Golf Course near Machynys
This golf course has been built on land that was previously occupied by industrial steel and tinplate works, which Llanelli was famous for in the 19th century. One of the last remaining steel works, Trostre Steel Works, now operated by Corus can be seen in the distance.

Footbridge on the Millennium Coastal Path
A 13 mile section of the Wales Coast Path is known as the Millennium Coastal Path, combining a pedestrian walkway and cycleway (part of Sustrans Route 4) along the south coast of Carmarthenshire.
