Advertising hoarding for a local chip shop
This advertising hoarding is bolted to the roof of this car, presumably to exploit a loophole preventing putting up advertising banners. In case you're confused/shocked by Batman's bold statement, a faggot is a kind of meat ball, traditionally served in fish and chip shops in Wales. I wonder what our American cousins will make of Batman's bold statement though... ?
