Not the tidiest of footpaths
Lots of litter here; a bit of a mess really. Darnall, Sheffield.

Waste land, reclaimed by nature
Lots of wild flowers, probably initially sown, but now managing itself. A pleasant spot, despite the copious litter behind me, overlooking the city to the west. The hills of the Peak District on the far horizon.

Tinsley Park Cemetery
I've driven past this cemetery many times as I've gone up and down Greenland Road and the day I picked to pay a visit, it was windy, raining and generally miserable, but my young son and I had a pleasant enough half hour or so strolling around the grounds. This http://www.sheffield.gov.uk/environment/how-we-work/bereavement/cemeteries/tinsley-park gives more information about the cemetery itself.

War Memorial, Tinsley Park Cemetery
Situated in
Image at the top of the hill, this memorial is dedicated to all those who gave their lives in the 1914-18 conflict. Looking at it, guess which way the wind was blowing!
