Sheffield Supertram crossing canal
The Sheffield Supertram crosses the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation close to Staniforth Road as both head off towards Meadowhall. The tram gets there quicker because the canal has to descend a flight of locks although both run pretty much side by side for most of the journey. This view along the canal is ENE, almost in the shadow of the road bridge.

Attercliffe Road's trade has changed over the years!
Changing times on Attercliffe Road. A double glazing showroom ahead. Behind it an equipment hire station. To the right there are doors and floors galore. Across the old cobbles, on the left, there's an enterprise not advertised on the street!

Warehouse reflection
This furniture warehouse is beside the River Don at Washford Bridge. The bridge was built in 1789 to take the turnpike road from Sheffield to Tinsley.

Miniature Doorway
There's nothing to show the scale, but we thought that this doorway was much too small for a normal-sized person to use, and it doesn't seem to lead to anywhere that someone might wish to go. The area behind the wall has been cleared and is now empty of everything except concrete.
