Sheffield: the Adelphi cinema, Attercliffe
This cinema was opened on 18 October 1920 and its last film was shown on 28 October 1976. It was later reused as a bingo hall and then as a nightclub/music venue, but has been unused and unloved since the summer of 2006 to become the sorry sight we see before us now.
