Nelly Looking through the Looking Glass
By "Stoneface Creative". One of the fifty eight members of The Herd of Sheffield that was displayed in various city locations through the summer of 2016. In mid-October the entire herd migrated to one of the Meadowhall shopping centre's car parks ahead of a final auction.

"Forest Spirit" by Faunagraphic
One of the fifty eight elephants that together formed The Herd of Sheffield in the summer of 2016. For a few days the entire herd was displayed at the Meadowhall shopping centre. Faunagraphic (aka Sarah Yates) is a freelance artist based in Sheffield who specializes in spray painting, street art, graphic design and illustration. Her artwork is heavily influenced by nature and environmental awareness, and regular features birds as a focus point. She also paints commissions for businesses, events, campaigns and teaches spray painting to children in schools. Her graffiti journey began in 2006 and she has since travelled to various countries to paint alongside her partner, Rocket01 – a fellow graffiti artist.

The Herd of Sheffield was displayed in various city locations through the summer of 2016. In mid-October the entire herd of fibreglass elephants migrated to one of the Meadowhall shopping centre's car parks ahead of a final auction.

West Tinsley railway station (site), Yorkshire
Opened in 1900 by the Sheffield District Railway on the line from Sheffield Midland to Treeton, this station closed in 1939. View north from Sheffield Road to the remains of the embankment on which the all-wood station was located, and which took the line over road level. No trace of the station remains.
