12-16 High Street, Blyth
Part of the development of the village by William Mellish around 1800. The Gothick window frames were probably the work of Joshua Walker, the Rotherham ironfounder who purchased Blyth Hall in 1806. Listed Grade II.

Originally 17th century – some timber framing may survive – remodelled in brick in the 18th century. The bow window is a later 20th century replacement for a 19th century shop window. Listed Grade II.
