St John's, Blyth Village Green
Cottage, former Village School, and former Hospital of Saint John the Evangelist. Re-founded in 1226, the building, once thought to be largely 15th century, is now considered to be largely 13th century. Thought to have been the chapel of what was a much larger complex. Rescued from serious decay in 1964 and turned into residential use. Listed Grade II and also a Scheduled Monument.
