This boarded-up building on Clarence Street was once the premises of J.H. Shardlow & Son Ltd 'aerated water manufacturers'. There is no sign of any activity now and it appears the company had ceased trading by at least 2007.

Worksop Railway Station
The main entrance. Still in use, but not on Sundays. The built in postbox was a common feature at railway stations. This is not the original (it is a GVIR model – http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4689339 ) but there has been one at this location since Victorian times.

Worksop Railway Station postbox Ref S80 3
Standard GVIR wall box, clearly a replacement for the Victorian original. Note the Sheffield postcode in the reference number, although Worksop is in Nottinghamshire. The notice has no relation to the postbox.
