The Epitome of Extreme Excitement: Priory Centre, Worksop
I'd be interested if anyone has any images of this scene from the early 1970s as the 'Wilkinson' Building in the foreground has only been built recently. It has to be said that this corner of Worksop is rarely photographed!

Barclays Bank. Bridge Place
This was built at the same time (1912) as the buildings on either side – The Arcade – but in a completely contrasting style. It is the only building in Worksop which is entirely faced in terracotta/faience, although the ground floor frontage has been rebuilt. When built, the bank had a balustraded parapet, which was rebuilt in plain style at some later date.
