Cudworth Centre (of Excellence)
The confusing titles of local public buildings is astonishing. This Cudworth centre of excellence (presumably the other Cudworth Centre does not aspire to such worthy ambitions) houses the Cudworth Branch library and other facilities.

Cudworth Centre from Carlton Street
This is the entrance to the new Cudworth Centre, housing various medical practices and the Borough Council housing and benefits local office. The main entrance is seen in the elbow of the new building in the rear of the car park. The Co-operative pharmacy is the entrance to the left. Carlton Street is a short cul-de-sac ending at the gates of the Cudworth Welfare Park.

Cudworth Centre viewed from the Barnsley Road
This new centre houses several medical practices and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council's local benefits and housing office. Confusingly someone had the idea of naming it the Cudworth Centre ignoring the fact that the Cudworth Centre (of Excellence) had been built just around the corner only a few years before (housing the library and other facilities)
