River Loxley adjacent to Olive mill pond
The river Loxley runs by the side of the millpond for Olive roller mill. The mill pond lies behind the dam on the left. Picture taken from a very narrow footbridge linking to the footpath to Stannington. While concentrating on the two ducks floating downriver, I missed a heron flying past.
