Second only to Blake Street as the steepest street in Sheffield ... maybe! Certainly it is very steep. Thrush Street runs off to the right. Hollins Lane is in the distance climbing up to Deer Park View flats and Stannington. Image

St Michael's Cemetery, Rivelin Valley Road, Sheffield
The entrance to this 8 acre Roman Catholic burial site on a northern side of Rivelin Glen. The purchase price for the plot - £600 - was assembled through the generosity of four individuals and Government approval for its use as a burial ground was received in August 1862.
