Houses in New Bolsover
Model village built by the Bolsover Colliery Company in the final decade of the nineteenth century. All the blocks are Grade II listed as an example: Nos. 7-21 are List entry Number: 1040068 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1040068 .

Cottages in New Bolsover model village
The village was started in 1891 by the Bolsover Mining Company for colliery workers and staff, and the houses remain in good condition. The village also provided allotments and sports facilities, but the provision of alcohol was limited.

New Bolsover Village Green
New Bolsover is a model village built between 1891 and 1896 by the Bolsover Mining Company. It had 200 houses for miners and colliery officials. They were built in a double horseshoe around the village green. The village houses are grade II listed buildings.
