The Manor
Public house and restaurant with fitness club and spa attached. Actually is a former manor house dating from the 16th century or earlier. It is Grade II listed: List entry Number: 1088266 https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1088266 . One of those places where finding by the postcode is not very successful. The code maps to the nearest street which is Manor Road behind the pub and from which there is no access. The entrance is via a rather discreet driveway off Old Road. The attached pool is currently the venue for a naturist swim on the second Saturday of the month.
