Former Town Hall, Waingate, Sheffield
The nearest five-bay block dates from as early as 1807-08, the work of Charles Watson. In 1866, Flockton & Abbott altered and enlarged the building, including adding the clock tower (Image]), and Flockton returned, with Gibbs & Flockton, in 1896-97 to make further additions for new courts, by this time the new town hall having opened (Image]). Grade II listed. The building now stands empty and one imagines finding a suitable new use will be challenging.
