Brooklyn Works, Green Lane, Sheffield
A dignified late C19th group built for Alfred Beckett & Sons Ltd who manufactured steel and tools here until the 1960s. The buildings are distinguished by the company's relief signs at each end (see also Image]). Grade II listed. Little of what remained behind the buildings seen here survived the process of conversion to offices and flats in the 1990s.
