By W.G. Davies, 1939-43. A large block of flats, D-shaped plan enclosing green space. Some nice features such as the curved ends and the balconies.
Unusual to find such a building being built during the war.

George Porter Building, Wheeldon Street, Sheffield
A 1950s/1960s building whose end walls are apparently clad in coursed stone, an unusual nod to local building materials.
