Cockshot Mineshaft
This disused mineshaft on Cockshot Lane near Bolsterstone is quite a landmark, with its pulley wheel still in place and parts of the winding gear still visible in the grass. The shaft is concreted over now, but must have been quite a small affair from the dimensions of the pithead.
