The 2014 Tour de France started in Yorkshire and on day 2 finished in Sheffield. To promote the event reclaimed bikes were painted yellow and placed at various locations on the route and around the city. This one is at the junction of Fairholme Heights and Oughtibridge Lane on the 'Côte de Oughtibridge'. Possibly put there by an Anglo-Irish Sheffield Wednesday supporter?
