Dinnington Cross
Once this broken cross literally had a cross on top of it. It has not always been sited in this exact position. The noticeboard explains its long history - going back to medieval times.

Athropps or Athorpes Hall
The hall dates back to 1756 and was built by Henry Athorpe. Prior to 1854 the main road used to run past the hall. Now it is set back on Falcon way.
