Beech Hill, Norfolk Park Road
Built for the 14th Duke of Norfolk in 1831 his agent and descendants lived there until 1898 when the 15th Duke took up residence. The building is used now as a rehabilitation unit by the NHS.

Norfolk Park Road Entrance Lodge and Beech Hill
These fine old buildings are situated on Norfolk Park Road. Beech Hill House in the background was built in c1830 as the residence for the Duke of Norfolk, but now operates as an NHS rehabilitation facility following extensive renovation. The lodge in the foreground is one of a Grade II listed pair (the other is situated at the other main park entrance on Granville Road) and according to the Friends of Norfolk Park website http://www.norfolk-park.com were actually built in the 1870s.
