Myrtle Close in August 2009
Myrtle Close is part of phase one of the Viewpoint estate, built on the site of a sports ground. Work is still underway on other parts of the estate, although this part appears to have been completed. I am told by the builders that the pace of work on phase two of the development has slowed, due to the credit crunch.
