A side elevation of the (former?) park-keeper's residence near the park's main entrance, off the Hunter's Bar roundabout. It is dated 1891, i.e. four years after the opening of this park, created to mark the Jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign.

Endcliffe Park, Sheffield 11
A southern elevation of the (former?) park-keeper's residence near to the park's main entrance, off the Hunter's Bar roundabout. It is dated 1891, i.e. four years after the opening of this park, created to mark the Jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign. To the left of it is a private garden used, presumably, by the occupants of the house. To the right of it, part of a "lean-to" public weather shelter can be seen. This looks out onto the park's main entrance.

Hunter's Bar roundabout
This is the main road junction in the square. On any weekday morning at 8:30 it is pretty much locked solid. Just visible under the trees is a modern gate, a rather strange reminder of the original toll gate or Bar.
