Cyclepath / footpath, Chafford Hundred
This combined footpath and cyclepath (with the cyclepath on the slightly lower path) leads from Rainbow Road towards Saffron Road.
Much of the large housing estates in the area have similar combined paths to allow safe access to schools and shops.

Railway bridge over Fenner Road

Fenner Road leads from Burghley Road, Chafford Hundred towards Lakeside Shopping Centre and the A126 road.
It passes under the railway between Ockendon Station and Chafford Hundred.

Chafford Hundred station
Opened in 1995, the station serves the Intu Lakeside shopping centre and the extensive housing development that has taken place in the area in recent decades. With around 2.8m passengers using it each year, it is by far the busiest single-platform station in the country.
