Path from Old Horsham Road to Moorhurst Lane
The path is on the right, not straight on through the gate. It is rather hazardous due to overgrown brambles and barbed wire at the field edge.

Holmwood station - on the up platform
The near bridge is for the old road towards Dorking, the far bridge carries the A24 dual carriageway which replaced it.

Holmwood Station
Sign outside the station. This is the nearest railway station to Leith Hill, so is much used by walkers. A group of about ten walkers arrived on the same train as myself.
