Old direction sign Dorking
This is where Dorking High Street meets South Street to the left and West Street to the right. The sign is attached to the town water pump and Guildford was painted out as the road is now one way with no entry to it.

Dorking - VE Day 80 and Surrey Day 7
Saturday 10th of May 2025 in Dorking was a joint celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (8th May 1945) and of the seventh Surrey Day, a countywide community event. Here a horse-drawn bus enters South Street - it made periodic short circuits from the White Horse Hotel on the High Street.
